Ability to move through journey at own pace

To provide the ability for journey participants to move to the next stage of a journey prior to the end of the stage date that has been prescribed. Essentially if you finish the stage before the deadline, you can move on.

Add the 'Highlights' feature to org chart nodes

It would be helpful if the Org chart block had the "Highlights" Feature so that we can incorporate colour coding for Employees similar to what we use in a List block (Grid Colours).
