Status Indicator for article Indexing

Having a status indicator to show which articles/content are indexed or not would be a helpful visual cue to help users understand which content is ready to be searched and queried upon in the platform's offering or the global search.

Add the 'Highlights' feature to org chart nodes

It would be helpful if the Org chart block had the "Highlights" Feature so that we can incorporate colour coding for Employees similar to what we use in a List block (Grid Colours).
