It would be really useful to be able to get a holistic picture of how many searches have been undertaken in the platform, how many times each piece of knowledge content has been viewed and be able to download a report

It would be really helpful, if, like the feature for the bot experience insights tab, we could also view the verbatim feedback comments on knowledge content so we are able to take action based on the feedback we receive and make changes to our kno...
