Pagination control for multi-select fields

In scenarios where multiselect fields are handling a large number of values, it would be good to have the ability to show larger numbers of values through progressive disclosure such as pagination / show more buttons.

Allow up to 14 characters in list item action text

This would help prevent some longer bits of text from being truncated. For example, "14 months in the future".

Fixed page layout

It's disorientating when blocks move around based on their contents, so a 'fixed' layout that's more curated would be welcome. Could that be 'anchoring' blocks in their place (too much whitespace?) or a new type of layout?

Group blocks into fullwidth coloured page sections

Ability to group blocks into sections, and then control the background colour of this whole section. So that I can have a clear visual separation of different areas of a page and greater creative control over design & branding.
