Hi @Guest - thank you for raising this idea. The sort of thing I believe you have in mind here is something we use a tool called Pendo for within Applaud. You will see on certain admin screens there are little icons you can click on to bring up tool tips that promote new functionality.
As we are a platform, and custom config capabilities are endless, there are complexities in how Pendo can and cannot be used - not least the licensing side of things. So, right now we cannot use Pendo for the purpose you have in mind.
However, there may be potential to handle user engagement/walkthroughs in a different way through config. For example, you could create your own walk-through content within a model, and then display that as a detail block inside a modal window, triggered from things like block action buttons with labels such as "What's this", "About" etc. You may then be able to hide those buttons after a period of time has elapsed. One to talk through really, but for now, I'l set this idea as Future Consideration as it's a good engagement talking point.
