Scalability

It would be good to see a more complete list of translations available, such as Chinese, Japanese, etc.

Applaud supports auto-translation of languages available in the ISO-639-1 standard. See: https://support.applaudsolutions.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=language This covers a lot, but it doesn't include, for example, Brazilian Portu...

You have to use the browser refresh button to update a page when data changes in the background (eg, by a workflow or integration). Not all users know to do that, so it would be good if data auto-updated on screen.

This can already be setup via support -- so this is the option to self-serve this setup.
