Having the ability to control the delay between message actions would make it easier for users to read through chat responses in circumstances where several replies come in quick succession.

Will not implement
As a experience designer I want my bot to be able to hand-off to live chat so that humans can help when bots can't. This is most likely a 3rd party live chat service with integrated service management.

Future consideration
The ability for AI assistants/chatbots to respond using markdown - i.e. rich text with formatting such as headings, bold, italic, bulleted lists and hyperlinks
I would like to be able to create clickable URLs within chatbot conversations so that users can be redirected either to a page in Applaud or an external page. Currently the experience is not great as you have to copy and paste the URL in to a brow...

Already exists
Ability to disable individual quick replies in chatbots and change the order of them, so that I can have flexibility to change whole sections of my bot depending on current business needs.
