There are two use cases where I think (for our purposes at least) it would be very helpful to have additional/amended roles. There are several people in our organisation that need to view the experience insights information to manage their service (knowledge content) for example but to see the experience insights (in addition to what they can see as a knowledge manager) they need Tenant Admin which I don't want to provision. Equally with our new AI Hiring Assistant members of our TA team need to view the bot conversations which again needs Tenant Admin role. Could we look to see if we can provide roles that enable this?
