Ability to add links to external sites in secondary actions

It would be great if rather than just being able to have secondary actions leading to Applaud cloud pages we could also add links to external sites as secondary actions so we don't have to channel people to a knowledge article as the primary action where they find external site links to other related resources. Instead we could have all actions on one item in the block and cut out a click or two!
