Option to override sorts for foreign key form fields
I want to specify a custom sort order for values in a foreign key form field so that they're displayed in a logical order, which isn't always alphabetical.

Make an admin's app onboarding apply across all tenants
When I login to a tenant I get some introductory content, such as a "Welcome to Applaud" popup. I see these every time I sign in to a new tenant, rather than just once. It would be better if I only saw this once across all tenants.
As a experience designer I want to allow my chatbot to present possible useful search results so that my user's question can be answered without raising a case.

Ability to hand-off from one bot to another so that I can design each bots with a specific purpose. For example, when a leave booking bot can't help, hand off to a generic 'raise a case' bot
