Include details of errors in the email that notifies of a mobile app build failure

Mobile builds sometimes fail for various reasons -- often because of certificate issues. It would be better if the failure email included details about what caused the error.

Simplify the settings for icon-based adverts

The call to action block (advert) is powerful with many settings, but sometimes, for icon-based adverts, you only need to set a couple of things, so this idea is to hide all fields which are not relevant when configuring "alert" style advert blocks
