Hide individual menu block items by device size

I want to be able to hide menu items by device size so that I can show / hide different content depending on the device. For example, I might want to show mobile-specific features only when using the app on a mobile phone.

Option to unpublish pages or hide/show for certain dates only

Ability to unpublish any page on demand by setting the status to unpublished and also have the option to unpublish / republish on a schedule. For example -seasonal purposes or time-limited information.
