The ability for anyone to publish a template from any tenant and for anyone to install others' tenants.

When viewing the template listing, it would be great to see release notes to understand what has been added (and removed) in the latest release.

Make an admin's app onboarding apply across all tenants

When I login to a tenant I get some introductory content, such as a "Welcome to Applaud" popup. I see these every time I sign in to a new tenant, rather than just once. It would be better if I only saw this once across all tenants.
