Add the ability to download knowledge article body content

Currently we have a lot of attachments that are displayed as URLs next to the boy of our knowledge articles. Ideally we would like to move the content of these attachments in to the body of the article instead and remove the need for a lot of attachments and improve the experience. In some cases people will want to take away the contents of a knowledge article. For example if we have the maternity policy in the article body rather than an attachment it would be good for them to be able to push a button and download to a PDF format

@Guest - thank you for raising this idea, it's a good one! As you suggest, there may be times when users might wish to download an article into a PDF.

To handle that right now, we put a lot of time into making our pages printer-friendly. In the case of a typical knowledge article, if you were to use the print capability of your browser, you would see that the body of the article is well formatted for print. The body of the article is shown first, with any "sidebar" content following underneath.

Many desktop machines have a default "PDF printer" built in - making it possible to save the printer-friendly version as a PDF file.

A couple of obvious downsides to the above being:
    1) Some users will not know they can create PDF files from a print dialog (even if they have a PDF printer available)

    2) Once a PDF is created, it immediately becomes out of date if the article is updated. This runs the risk of policies being circulated offline, which in itself may have infosec concerns.

We have export functionality in other areas of the app, so we are open to reviewing this further.
