Being able to search for a vacancy using location and other attributes makes it easier for the user to find what they are looking for. It will allow candidates/applicants to find specific vacancies that may be harder to find in a huge list. This can potentially mean that the customer is missing out on applicants for roles if they are searching for details present in the advert or the location and are not being presented with matching vacancies.
