Applaud Admin notifications need to be send to particular Client Email Address

Currently we are receiving the License expiry or Exceeded available licenses notifications to the users with Applaud Administrator responsibility.

We have a requirement that, we need this notifications to be sent to expresshrsupport@deloitte.com email address.
