Customer Repository for Documents so Customers can manage docs / links to docs

Customers should have the ability to manage documents they upload (make changes, upload, delete et al). At this moment, a customer can provide Applaud the documents which get stored in an Applaud owned/managed repository. Those documents can not be managed by the customer once they are uploaded without the support of Applaud. We need to be able to frequently update documents and need a solution for this.
