I would like to be able to use generative AI to quickly write high-quality knowledge and other content that uses a consistent style and tone of voice.
For example:
Write me a paid time off (PTO) policy article for employees at Applaud, the employee experience platform, that is suitable for US legislation in the states of New York and California with a friendly and informal tone of voice.
This could be an additional button on the rich text editor that I can click, fill in a few fields (eg, what I'm writing, what should be covered, what the style is) which then generates the content for me.
Most of these requirements can already be completed in product configuration today - Generative AI is supported on many of our pre-made templates that are available for free to all customers.
