Delete Timecard Process should consider Assignment_id same as Create timecard

As part of the Timecard entries, we are considering the assignment level information(assignment_id) while creating and updating the timecard entry but while deletion it is considered on person by which all the entries are getting deleted irrespective of the assignment .
