Our workflow system is more of an automation rule engine. Many people think it's a business process orchestration tool because of its name "workflow". It's not. Some kind of business process orchestration might be helpful.
For example:
An easy way to see what notifications or tasks are going to be created as part of a journey at any one point
Filter by country, job role or whatever.
Validate you're sending the right cadence of communication/tasks to a user. Will they get bombarded? Hear too much, too little? Be overwhelmed with an influx of 30 tasks?
See clear linkage of tasks that have inter-workflow dependencies.
