A list setting that allows the option to present 'Recommended' list items. This could be some kind of 'recommended' section at the start of the list showing a few items or perhaps it's the whole list. For example, settings could have "Enable recommended items" with a "Maximum recommendations" and perhaps some option to "Only show recommendations".
Possibly also the option of a 'hero' grid item that's bigger than others when the recommendation is particularly strong.

Navigation items model show items you're most likely to use
Highlights/knowledge articles/FAQs/useful links model showing items that are likely most interesting
Recommended learning content from a learning catalog
Recommended jobs from a list of open vacancies
