A valuable feature to include is the capability to tag other users within rich text fields to minimize the likelihood of sensitive information being hidden in free text and to enable the notification of tagged users.

A form field specifically designed to choose the country code (maybe with flags) and the phone number with validation + conveniences such as removing unnecessary trailing zeros etc.

The ability for super users to 'switch' to another user to: Act on their behalf (not withstanding audit should capture the real user behind it) and, See the world as that user does. Eg, see their notifications etc.
