Ability to reorder Chips

Add the ability to reorder chips, similar to how we can reorder Filtering on pages. in current state when we want to add a chip that displays first we will need to delete the current chips, add the new chip, and then re-add the orginal chips.

You have to think very carefully if you want to create a list block or from a menu with icons and colours and you have to add them as a property. It would be a nice idea if you can play around with icons and colours for items in the block settings.
