An easier way to create users and employees and link them together would be a real time-saver. For example: An easy way for a super user to invite users in bulk that automatically creates the person record An easier way to sync avatar + properties...

The ability for super users to 'switch' to another user to: Act on their behalf (not withstanding audit should capture the real user behind it) and, See the world as that user does. Eg, see their notifications etc.

It would be helpful to perform bulk operations on users, such as reinvite, delete, suspend, undelete and unsuspend.

The ability to verify the email field in real-time to avoid storing junk emails.

The ability to configure views that allow a super user to see others' notifications. They can already do this for tasks - why not for notifications as well.

As an identity manager, I want to use workflow to automate rules around which users need to be secured with multi-factor authentication so that the risk of security issues and data breaches are mitigated.

We can enforce two-factor authentication but if that's not enforced it would be great if a user had the option of setting that up themselves.

A view for users so that they can see their own email, name, initials, avatar (but can only change the avatar) + the option to self serve reset their password.

I want to see who doesn't have multi-factor authentication enabled so that the risk of security and data breaches are mitigated.
