As a experience designer I want to allow my chatbot to present possible useful search results so that my user's question can be answered without raising a case.

Enhancements to the bot listing page to show additional helpful information such as the number of sessions, and user feedback on whether the bot was helpful or not (likes and dislikes counts)

Future consideration
The ability for chatbots to offer suggested Applaud pages in responses to users, so that they can click through the most relevant page directly from chat and within the same parent window.

Future consideration
Ability to hand-off from one bot to another so that I can design each bots with a specific purpose. For example, when a leave booking bot can't help, hand off to a generic 'raise a case' bot
