You can configure a single reminder for tasks. This is inadequate most of the time. You really want something that continually reminds a user they have tasks. Perhaps some kind of roll-up reminder that can be sent periodically? Eg, you have 5 task...

Some times external integration APIs call intermittently, eg, for temporary outages. It would be useful to auto-retry integration actions a few times with a timeout after each.

Whilst rich text can be pasted into these actions from an external html editor, you can't directly create and author rich text.
