Currently, chips have to use hard-coded colour values - it would be better if we could also choose to use mood colours

Sometimes on-screen help text uses up a lot of space and it would be useful to put bigger bits of help text, or text that's less often used, inside an info icon that pops up (with a mobile-first design, of course!).
