Ability to perform more complex calculations than what expression builder allows

For example, looping through records, summing them, and a broader set of functions.

Rich text support in workflow send notification/create task/set property actions

Whilst rich text can be pasted into these actions from an external html editor, you can't directly create and author rich text.
